Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $15 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and your next appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will also lose their deposit and will be required to prepay the full service amount for all future bookings.
