THIS IS A DROP OFF SERVICE!! Bring your wig back to life with our Wig Refresh service! This treatment includes: • Lash Cleanse – Gently removing buildup for a fresh, clean look. • Wash & Deep Condition – Cleansing and hydrating the hair to restore softness and shine. • Lace Refresh – Cleaning and reviving the lace for a seamless, natural look. • Band Tightening – Adjusting the fit for a secure and comfortable wear. • Styling – Choose between a sleek straight finish or pin curls for a soft, voluminous look. Perfect for keeping your wig looking flawless and ready to wear!

Cancellation Policy

Wig Refresh Policy • Drop-Off Requirement: Wigs must be dropped off at least 48 hours before your appointment. Drop-offs made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $25 rush fee. • Color Add-On: Full color or highlights can be added for $45. • Condition Requirements: Wigs with excessive glue or tangles may require additional care, resulting in a $25 fee. • Install Add-On: Wig installation can be added for $55 (discounted from the regular price of $75). Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a $15 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and your next appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking. Clients who do not show up for their appointment will also lose their deposit and will be required to prepay the full service amount for all future bookings.
